An 1054sqt unit facing east on a higher floor is available I believe at 550k after discount. Works to about 522psf..

From what I heard, it's supposed to be a shopping mall n AEON being an anchor tenant..

Have been staying in sentul for like 18 years previously(till 2001)... There is a few nearby sentul raya/ sentul Boulevard(nearby convent sentul school) and a few nearby sentul post office n bandar baru sentul. Nearest would be the shoplots opposite shell n petron station. But a better place for non halal food is at jalan ipoh. Plenty of choices within 5km radius.

Seems like this thread has come to a standstill.. No update or any insider info for this project? Eg: sales chart or etc?

Perhaps that is the hartamont project site for taman pelangi Sentul. If I'm not mistaken, Uoa only owns the land on the opposite site of hartamont(near 1 Sentul)..

Need to pay 10% downpayment for this project now.. Rebate has been changed to discount.. Apdl estimated within this 2 weeks..

Just pass by the site today evening... Hoarding is up.. Site clearance going on..seems like 90% of land clearing n leveling has been done..

After 1 Sentul, there is an empty plot of land (guess belongs to UOA as well, perhaps for phase 2)... and just after that.. U definitely can't miss it..

Within kl n easy access to city centre n link with major highways, near to public transport services(hopefully near to future mrt as well), freehold, well known developer, price wise blh la tahan(rm500++sqft seems abit rare nowadays).. Booming landscape around sentul..
So there u have it from my personal perspective.. Pls feel free to add on any of ur thoughts be it negative as well.

My only worry as of now, is the sheer density of future development, n whether existing infrastructure can cope to this(eg: traffic)
