Guess we just have to wait n see. When I checked with the lawyer during SPA signing, was told a show house would be available soon.

Only phase 1 has been launched n that is also almost sold out.. I guess still 5-10% available.. Heard that the new pricing scheme is not out yet as mostly alot of buyers booked during early bird discount. But hearsay that the early bird discount has been reduced by 20k.

Phase one almost sold out... U may find the layout n brochures at uoa's website. Was shared on a few posts earlier as well. Pricing is about 500-530psf..

Guys, any idea when would the first drawdown or progressive payment request by the developer will be? Still awaiting my loan offer letter.. Kinda scared would incur some penalties if the drawdown was soon. I checked with a banker n he advised normally it's 3+1 months from SPA date for us to settle our loan docs n loan agreement with the developer. Is this true?

I can confirm that it's desa sentul. Been there previously as well. Have posted some pics showing behind the hoarding too a few pages back.

Citilights construction is already up a few floors buddy.

I too don't have any other commitment and everything was under their guideline however was only approved at 88%
Seems UOB is given the best rate at -BLR 2.4.. Other banks gave 90% loan but at -BLR 2.35

Heard that the latest pricing is discount 7% for non uoa members (8% for uoa members) from the indicative price. And it's 10% downpayment after discounted price. An increase about 30-40K from early bird price.

It was shared on the desa sentul facebook group that the showunit is ready. Anyone has any confirmation on this ? is the show unit for phase 1 or phase 2 ? No one seems to be able to verify on that page..
