Anyone can tell me what is the timeframe milkadeal normally would take in order for me to see all the cashback pending?
I booked three night hotel through agoda and pay separately thrice over the weekend, but today I check the pending cashback it only show one transaction with cashback while the other two didnt reflect on my pending cashback system. Shall I wait a little while longer or contact the customer service regarding this? Thanks. FYI, I always click the milkadeal agoda link to access agoda for every new booking. Has our support got back to you on this? Sometimes this happens but I can assure you it's not because we want to delay or avoid paying you.A lot of our tracking relies on our partner websites. For example for Agoda, we use their affiliate system to track purchases, which is tracked after you click on the "Shop Now" button. All we can do is make sure all the cookies are tagged properly and once you are in Agoda, you are already in their system and out of our control. Down the line, after purchases are made, they are updated in Agoda's system and reflected in their report to us. We will then upload accordingly to our website and alert you that there's cashback (Yay!). Sometimes, something can go wrong somewhere in the middle and Agoda's system doesn't capture it as a referral from us. So it won't appear in our reports, and unfortunately it is very hard for us to trace because we don't have access to Agoda's database.
