requested 2nd payment from shopback on 9/6 and received payment on 22/6 = 13 days.

requested 2nd payment from milkadeal on 15/6 and received payment on 23/6 = 8 days.

Anyone can tell me what is the timeframe milkadeal normally would take in order for me to see all the cashback pending?

I booked three night hotel through agoda and pay separately thrice over the weekend, but today I check the pending cashback it only show one transaction with cashback while the other two didnt reflect on my pending cashback system. Shall I wait a little while longer or contact the customer service regarding this? Thanks.

FYI, I always click the milkadeal agoda link to access agoda for every new booking.

sometimes it happens... just contact milkadeal cs via the live chat feature. they will check for you and reflect to you.

same goes to me. report to milkadeal cs & they ask to wait because agoda had refund policy. they just give excuse because out of 3 milkadeal agoda booking, 2 receive cb and 1 not capture. definitely they try to delay cashout

Noted with thx. I dun mind if the delay the payment as long as they got give back the rebate. I hope they won't give me excuses for not giving me the cashback.

you should have combined both shopback and milkadeal for your agoda hotel booking ma.

yala, i separate it. let's say i book 2 nights. one night use shopback, another night use milkadeal.
same goes to my other purchases. so you can get your cash comes in all the time, instead of stuck waiting for your payment after request (if the company have any cashflow issue).

I see... Actually I have separate it.. It just that I will wait for next month to proceed with shopback along with my AMEX.

Hello [pisanq], sorry just saw this. Has our support got back to you on this? Sometimes this happens but I can assure you it's not because we want to delay or avoid paying you.

A lot of our tracking relies on our partner websites. For example for Agoda, we use their affiliate system to track purchases, which is tracked after you click on the "Shop Now" button. All we can do is make sure all the cookies are tagged properly and once you are in Agoda, you are already in their system and out of our control.

Down the line, after purchases are made, they are updated in Agoda's system and reflected in their report to us. We will then upload accordingly to our website and alert you that there's cashback (Yay!). Sometimes, something can go wrong somewhere in the middle and Agoda's system doesn't capture it as a referral from us. So it won't appear in our reports, and unfortunately it is very hard for us to trace because we don't have access to Agoda's database.

The good thing here is that you guys are our "Check and Balance" when it comes to making sure their system is working. Normally if we see a lot of claims, that means something is wrong with their system. The best alternative if you do not see your cashback is to report to us so we can file a claim with them, which can be done via the "Where's My Cashback" form: http://cashback.milkadeal.com/page/where-my-cashback

At the end of the day, we try our best to get money back for you, but it's very hard for us to pay out if the partner sites refuse to pay us the referral fees. It's not a perfect system, but we're improving on it.
