oh... how's the points accumulated in smiles? can be transferred? means mobil/esso also will be using this new petron miles card?

Once you activate the new Petron miles card, within 2 weeks, the point from your old Smiles card will be transferred to Petron miles card. Mobil and Esso will use the new Petron miles card.

i did not find any clause about they are ending on 2015 from the site.
how do i transfer my current smile card point to new card?

i need to apply a new petron card in any esso/petron and request for transfer of points from my existing smile card?

They will send the new Petron miles card to your address. Did you register your address to the old Smiles card?

i can't remember, i think i have write down when i apply smile.
they direct send in the card or need to call for request?

As for my case, I do not request for it. In fact, I do not know about the new Petron miles card. They just send to my house. After reading all the brochure came together, then I just SMS to activate the card.

Anyone can help me out? Received the new Petron card in my mail but someone else in the house kept the card and threw away instructions before I managed to do it =(. What number and content of SMS to activate the new card? I remember have to type in IC number somewhere.

Did you guys get an acknowledgement reply SMS from Petron after you sent this activation SMS? My wife on U-mobile, sent so many times...no reply from petron...now they pestering her by email and sms to activate... i think their sms activation system maybe not working right (maybe only works for sms sent by maxis & celcom)

anyway, i will just wait because still long to go until end of 2015.

Actually no I didn't receive confirmation SMS...

we tried to activate many times by SMS, but no luck... and although the new card was accumulating points...our old points were never transferred from esso/mobile smiles to petron miles..

this morning, we finally got thru their customer service number and activate the card by phone..they say they having some problem with the sms activation... and they have now activated us and will transfer points...

so better not assume that you are activated just because you sent the sms.... i think unless you get the reply confirmation sms, only then are you activated...
