Most loyalty card will do a round-down .... eg. ONE Card, BCard,

bcard can only be used at caltex but not all caltex (only participating caltex).

yes, most loyalty card will do a round-down instead of round-up.
bhp card and smiles card (certain stations) also round-down too.
but certain other stations (for smiles card) did offer decimal points.
for example, if you pump rm85.60 you will get 85.60 points. 

yup, i've tested it too. it will round up and round down. 

but some correction:
if u pump RM53.44 u will get 53.40 point
however, if u pump RM53.45 u will get 53.50 point

mostly petrol loyalty cards like shell bonuslink, petronas mesra, caltex bcard,... all based on 1 litre 1 point.
mobil/esso/petron smiles and bhp card based on 1 rm 1 point, but bhp card has no decimal point unlike smiles card.
so the best is smiles card. 

oh... how's the points accumulated in smiles? can be transferred? means mobil/esso also will be using this new petron miles card?

With the latest rewards point revision, the Petron card rebate percentage has dropped to 1.3% compare to 1.5% @ RM1=1 point previously.

Interesting. Found out BHP eCard is awarding 2X ePoints for every RM1 spent (website stating RM1 = 1 ePoint)

Not sure if this 2X is specific to Affin-BHP card or across the board for all cards.

My points earning so far after 3 pumps, using Affin-BHP card (contactless):
