Hey guys just received bank notice that my earlier fire insurance is expiring. Is it compulsory for me to renew it since the property is still under construction?

Hi, if not mistaken, no fire insurance (pay by owner) if the projects still under construction!

Usually, the developer must undertake fire insurance on their own during construction ?! hmm.gif innocent.gif

No.
You need to get a copy of the contractor all risk policy and forward to the bank as proof.

Yes, if never pay progressive interest, bank can also stop further progressive disbursement. And developer, I think can cancel the S&P as stated in the news here: https://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/...-won-cimb-case/

i got a question want to know, i choose 45 floor, the highest floor for the telecom also the wifi will got any affect ?

and about the leaking problem?

agent told me will not have this kind of problem but i wan to double confirm for those who got experience stay 40 floor above

im first time buyer, and maybe also is last for my life
so gonna check and ask more to confirm the unit.

my budget between 300k-350k only

also i need cheras area and not too far from leisure mall / alam damai
my family stay alam damai.
