Hey guys just received bank notice that my earlier fire insurance is expiring. Is it compulsory for me to renew it since the property is still under construction?

Usually, the developer must undertake fire insurance on their own during construction ?!

i got a question want to know, i choose 45 floor, the highest floor for the telecom also the wifi will got any affect ?
and about the leaking problem?
agent told me will not have this kind of problem but i wan to double confirm for those who got experience stay 40 floor above
im first time buyer, and maybe also is last for my life so gonna check and ask more to confirm the unit.
