3. Condo can wash car too and it's free water !!!
4. BBQ in condo with pool for kids and adult sound like good idea
5. Firework damn expensive leh i just bring my daughter to see enough

7. Pets like dog is ok for toy breed less barking breed
8. Actually can do big cooking at yard but many dont do nowaday prefer to eat at restaurant, rest all fully booked during that time
9. I think live in condo and landed is same usually landed have problem with negihbour, becasue of pets, parking, renovation,

3. it is very troublesome to wash car at condo, need drive here drive there. what if u forgot to bring something?? must remember to bring all barang each time  to wash car. sometime feel lazy to do so and just send car to car wash centre..Also at landed, u can use motor pump/ power water jet to wash car anytime.
4. many condo not allow BBQ at pool afraid dirty the pool or they charge high fee for private function eg most of klcc condo

Nowadays not many do big cook already unless go back to parents home and my parent all tapau already wahahahaha.
not bbq right beside but somewhere around there .
do function rent tent also have to pay leh better rent hall sure no worry of rainy day
The best in landed i can think off is parking direct in front and if has visitors also easier.
