condo is lifestyle??
i dun like condo coz:
1. no place for drying clothes. sun light is good for clothes (uv killed germ)
2. limited space for storage; compare to landed, can store extra stuffs at 2nd flr. not an eyesore
3. no wet kitchen, very oily n smokes
4. can't hold party or big gathering at door step
5. if u forgot something u need to travel far n take lift
6. limited car parks. ( u can park many cars outside of your landed house; inside or outside, everyday)
7. not good for children
Its true. My fren and oso my bosses's investment partner, a very well known household producer, vacant his own bungalow and bot a 3k+ mk condo with expensive reno. Condo 1.8mil + reno & furniture fitting 1.2mil. Ended up lived there 2 yrs and decided to rebuild the bungalow. Then moved back to bungalow. Reason being, tua liao. Mau jalan jauh dr car park ke rumah sebenarnya bukan senang sangat. i dun like condo coz:
