yes... I called the sales office. the staff say must ballot. tomorrow is for staff and their existing purchasers. Sunday is for registered public.

Is it worth investing Sunway Geo Residences 2? May I know the estimate selling price per sq ft?

SA told me is about 1000psf...before 10% discount & 3% for PALS...

worth or not worth ....difficult to say...but with all amenities just at your door step...for me is worth...

for investment...can rent to students and office workers
for own stay is consider good....

When the Geo retails, offices and BRT in full command....with reputation of Sunway....the price wont drop....

the only draw back is leasehold...

Geo 1 is 900psf b4 discount..

The discount for Geo 1 is 10% rebate + 3% for PALS + 6% in lieu of DIBS (optional) ===> lowest can get 750psf

Geo 2 is about 1000psf ....after 10% rebate will be about 900psf...but dunno got additional 3% discount for PALS or not... heard mayb got qoata...

good analysis.. I think this is a better bet than their Velocity..how's the facilities?
whats d occupancy rate of surrounding condo's?

velocity is near city center...freehold...link to 2 MRT stations....so..the price is higher than Geo...

Correction....Nautica occupancy rate is above 80%....so actually good. A'marine is still low, VP about 1 year now.

Unfortunately, the size of SSQ is not big enough. Like what boss Chris say before, if SSQ is 5 x bigger....will be damm good.

Geo residence will be 2017...retails should be 2016.... BRT start operating at 2015...

SSQ is part of the Sunway City....

the whole Sunway City is considered very big...

Sunway City is well-known landmark either in Malaysia or around the world....

So, you will feel very proud to be one of the community in Sunway City...especially when your resident address stated "Sunway South Quay"... at least it wont be stated in "Tambatan Selatan Sunway".... tongue.gif

Indicative price for Geo 2 is 1000psf...

hope after discount is will b around 850psf or less...
