I don't think. I called sunway today. They said it is service apartment but no further info was provided. They will only take registration later

received a sms from Sunway last night. Geo Residence 2 balloting is on 20/7 at 9am.

yes... I called the sales office. the staff say must ballot. tomorrow is for staff and their existing purchasers. Sunday is for registered public.
