Boss, its partly furnished, I think can consider almost fully dy.

Close to RM 600 psf after 10% discount. Low floor.

Both Nautica and A'marine entrance is next to each other, shuttle bus stop right in front of both

Yes, quite near bcz within walking distance.

BRT schedule of completion is 2014 n was told, latest by early 2015. Can see they doing mass construction now.

heard they're extending the monorail from kl through old klang road all the way to the BRT. not sure how that's going to happen or if it's just a rumour.

it's RM900 to 950 psf but the rebate not known yet

The tough part to stomach is nautical n amarine still selling at RM600+ psf although SUNWAY geo has the small unit of 800+ sq ft

Nautical and amarine is hit more than 1mil mark.
While sunway geo still afford at below 800k.
So, people rather go for 800k.... flex.gif

Eek..I saw sunway geo adverts by the roadside in klang..normally developers won't advertise in klang..
Last time Subang Olives also suddenly advertise is Klang +.+

Manage to take a walk around the lake the other day....I must say it is quite nice, even with waterfalls, yacht, etc. Only thing is there is no one there. To access, turn right at the roundabout in front of BayRock villas. It is closed due to construction but can sneak in if you walk. Got a deck right in front of the villas where you can feed fishes and turtles....nice. Oh, downside is there's lots of Mosquitos.

Nautica smallest size at RM 1.02mil? Its RM 754 psf dy. too high.

And its a lot higher than A Marine woh.
