Both Nautica and A'marine entrance is next to each other, shuttle bus stop right in front of both

The shuttle pick up point is near the existing sales office? The BRT operational already or if not when?

BRT construction just started. Take few years...

Yes, quite near bcz within walking distance.

BRT schedule of completion is 2014 n was told, latest by early 2015. Can see they doing mass construction now.

heard they're extending the monorail from kl through old klang road all the way to the BRT. not sure how that's going to happen or if it's just a rumour.

The tough part to stomach is nautical n amarine still selling at RM600+ psf although SUNWAY geo has the small unit of 800+ sq ft

Nautical and amarine is hit more than 1mil mark.
While sunway geo still afford at below 800k.
So, people rather go for 800k....

Eek..I saw sunway geo adverts by the roadside in klang..normally developers won't advertise in klang..
Last time Subang Olives also suddenly advertise is Klang +.+

Nautica still can get at slightly cheaper than A'Marine in terms of price psf.

Manage to take a walk around the lake the other day....I must say it is quite nice, even with waterfalls, yacht, etc. Only thing is there is no one there. To access, turn right at the roundabout in front of BayRock villas. It is closed due to construction but can sneak in if you walk. Got a deck right in front of the villas where you can feed fishes and turtles....nice. Oh, downside is there's lots of Mosquitos.

Lat month i went there, the left over units, selling more than 1.02mil per unit....

Nautica smallest size at RM 1.02mil? Its RM 754 psf dy. too high.

And its a lot higher than A Marine woh.
