Confirm less than 900..already mention in earlier post..i m talking about the smallest size bigger is slightly over 800 psf

this geo is very much potential relatively to all those YTL ( sentul project ) or those eco world ( jln Kuching ) project . some might argue different products , appetite , location price bla bla .... all nonsense arguements.
I rate this as 1 of the best launched product in 2013 in Selangor /PJ ( take away KLCC zone ) No doubts No hesitation to grab one .

Just my 2 cents, if you are not Sunway PALS, forget about getting the small / good unit with the reason:

This Saturday launching will break into 2 sessions, one in the morning (for Sunway Staff and Pals), another in the afternoon (for registered public).

Unless Sunway break the quota to two sessions, if not, forget about getting a nice unit as most unit ady grab in the morning session.

might allocate some small units for public...sunway has good reasons to explain to Pals why they hv to do that ...to broaden the client base...

so unilike Tower A, public might hv gd chance for Rower B

It is always a hot location but Sunway started on the wrong path...launching mutli million bunglos at a very undesirable location...those bunglos should be sitting high up ...then
Selling most of the nautica block to some syndicate koreans end up many units got auctions...

fast forward now 2013 ...everything seems to gel together...bunglow sold off, occupancy rate improving, nautica almost full , Amarine also looking gd just vp with quite some units immediate move in .., la costa sold out
Geo commie P1 & P2, in progress Sunway Universities, internation school, heard sa said got Harvard program( yes Harvard), Sunway hospital P2, infra BRT, link bridge to Taylors mega campus, Kesas link, NPE link, Pyramid P3 etc
so many things happening at tse same time

There are total of 7 phases of SSQ development, sunway geo is just a start...

thats the reason why i prefer this more than robertson even its a LH product and not in BB, KLCC area.

They are already selling at above Rm1000 psf for the 2nd tower. The price starts from Rm834K before 10% rebate for the 829sf.
