Sunway does not hv the reputation to leave big money on the table for buyers to take in its residential project. No exception for Geo as well.

I added in the additional 3% discount for staff actually. Accompanied a friend to purchase over the weekend, and he was entitled for it since he works with the Sunway group. Yeap, you are right, for the ordinary purchaser(s) like you and me, nothing in Geo is less than RM800 psf.

Hmm, if all sizes whether small or bug dual key unit is circa at round up same price psf, then small units are more fair and worthy to buy regardless view.

Initial plan was this Saturday but a lot of unit being taken so not sure if they still open to public or just open to walk in customers, please call n ask them.

There are rumors going around that Bank Negara has implemented a 80% loan cap on strata title properties. Can anybody confirm this?

I can guarantee u for units below 1000sf outsiders got money also cannot buy...
those few facebook fellas really " chap sei kai" but was told is also "pau " by insiders ...Sunway just wayang show only ...lots of Pals are complaining about the facebook thing
Honestly for Sunway standard the price for smaller units is reasonable

Went to check the layout... 3 smallest size 800+ and 900+ the layout damn nice
For 900+ sf, is not just 2 rooms but 2+ 1...the extra 1 can be converted into a room and got window somemore
So is 2+1 room, 2 bath, 2 car park, and got balcony some more thumbup.gif

Ekocheras 800+ sf layout is damn kau lousy compare to this Geo...dunno what kind lousy architech Ekivest hire doh.gif

Anyway still waiting for durian to fall drool.gif
