Wanna ask kuta and seminyak which one better for stay?
Can suggest any hotel below 150

As i know, Seminyak will have more high end hotel located there. Kuta is much more cheaper and easier access to night life, cheaper food.

depends on your preference..kuta is a nightlife place..seminyak is more hipster, artsy and chill.

seminyak got more things to walk around even at night you can walk to a nearby mall... kuta is artsy place.. at night its very quiet.. you can do massage or hang around cafe..

hey guys, never been to Bali before. planning to go next year but not sure which month yet, would need to survey on the weather 1st. any recommendation on hotel for a romantic get away?

get a private pool villa at Uluwatu cliff, plenty to choose from accordingly to your budget

ultimate sunset from the cliff, and you can skinny dip in your private pool anytime

hmm private pool villa, not sure if my budget allowed it. my budget around RM800 per night.
so i have to search for uluwatu cliff, i was actually thinking of by the beach

2nd that. But bali is filled with villa's everywhere anyway, turn in a gang(lorong) left and right and you'll find a hidden villa for sure. For a romantic, villa's are preffered. Thing about uluwatu is transport and food. Night time if wanna go to town, susah... kinda jauh.

for 1st time and wan great relaxing beach, which part should i go?

plenty of private villas that fits into your budget

the price you pay will depends on your priority, ease of access, privacy, ultimate view or serenity

for serenity, go for Ubud, you can get a quiet pool villa among the paddy field

Ultimate view will be Uluwatu area, some with access to the beach (short walk/shuttle)

Ease of access will be Seminyak area, near to the beach & night life, but can be noisy

If you just want a beach front hotel room, plenty to choose from, if budget allows, Nusa Dua area for nice beach
Sanur for more budgeted rooms but ease of access

I won't recommended Kuta for a romantic getaway, too chaotic and noisy, traffic is a nightmare there as well

did some search last nite, currently have my eyes on gravity bali hotel and the royal purnama art suites & villas
looking at the pic from tripadvisor, they seems quite nice n romantic

edit: just realized sukawati is not really the place i should go for 1st time?

not much activities around sukawati beside the market

you can try airbnb also, you might be able to land some good deal there

guess hv to find other romantic villas in uluwatu

take your time, plenty of choices there

since you're looking for a romantic getaway, sure you'll be spending most of the time staying in, right
so access to surrounding area shouldn't be a priority for you
most hotel/villa provides shuttle service to PoI nearby anyway
or just hire a driver like most of us do, usual rate is around RM150 per day

my plan was to stay mostly indoor, but my gf wanna hire photographer for couple of hours outdoor photoshoots at the beach or some nice famous temple?
we usually do these for all our trip, its kind of lik taking pic for our future wedding so we dun have to spend even more for some few days pre-wedding shoot which isnt really worth it.
n bcoz of this i think finding a nearer to attraction n beach place would b better. found another The Temple Lodge which seems quite romantic as well

airbnb is highly recomended in bali. But still, you really have to do some research on the location of where you wanna stay.
