I just passed by the site and saw no progress on it. Looks like Pintaras dy either stopped/completed the piling and foundation works and this developer just left it there.

Wonder if the sales is that bad or its undergoing some re-planning at their end...

Not surprise if sales is bad.. . Buyers are getting more savvy nowadays and doing self due diligence and not rely on herd or words of SA.

Potential buyers need to know the status since there's no activity for a while dy after Pintaras did their foundation and piling works.

I put in a booking before, got the loan offer, but pulled out at the last min.

I had my reasons, the lifts are simply not enough to cope with all the units they have there...

Then the airbnb story they are using is just overrated....ppl who use airbnb usually travel in group and want to experience different experience instead of what the hotel package has to offer. The phase one layout actually is not inline with the potential tenants who seek airbnb experience...

self due diligence is really a must...SA nowadays just bother to learn enough info to push the products...then move on to the next one.
