I just passed by the site and saw no progress on it. Looks like Pintaras dy either stopped/completed the piling and foundation works and this developer just left it there.
Wonder if the sales is that bad or its undergoing some re-planning at their end... |

Mate, you still the SA for this project? Potential buyers need to know the status since there's no activity for a while dy after Pintaras did their foundation and piling works. |
