In terms of wallet HP damage, not much yet for me. All those FREEing and Griffon figures looked like garbage to me, so, it's a blessing in disguise to be choosy i guess.

Being picky is good for my wallet. I can still tolerate paint job flaws (like those on Kotobukiya figures) but if sculpt already like sh!t then i sure wont buy. Now Max Factory also has 1/6 Kurosaki Mea in works, i think i need to get Momo Bride. Kinda surprised that Max might make the whole set.

Max Factory Asuna, FINALLY. I was right about being patient and wait, instead of buying Koto/Griffon ones.

Not just the pose, the sculpt is already beautiful, they just need to refine it further. Max Factory is doing an awesome job lately. The current best Asuna made so far, by Koto, even the hair is lacking detail, and paint job lacks shading.

I may complain a lot, but my choosy attitude seems to be saving my ass in terms of $$ spending. This Asuna, im getting.

This is not even her final form
I will only consider a Tohka figure with her armor and big sword. Im not a fan of muktiple versions of a character, like, yukata version, swimsuit version, uniform version, blah blah... For me, i want a figure of a character that displays her trademark identity in the anime she came from.

For example, i want a Shana figure, then it should be her in her typical outfit and black coat (as seen in season 3), and with flame wings. I do want one. But since none exist yet, i dont own a single Shana figure right now.

If i want Takamura Yui from MuvLuv T.Eclipse, i will get the armor suit one, which Koto has made one, which displays her main identity as a mecha pilot. The Yukata version, swimsuit version, and other variants are not worth my attention.

Good Smile also have their own Asuna, besides Max. Silica and Leafa (by Freeing) also on the way. FREEing also making but not worth the effort posting here because it's bad.

As for the demons by Koto and Max, i better skip, they look expensive, and it is not my style to buy something i know nothing about the character's background.

I recommend Nic just buy whatever he likes, including girl figures, then later let his gf abuse better. That can can even improve your own resistance to abuse. Many ecchi anime, the main male protagonist is very resistant to getting beaten up by girls.

I actually thought of ordering one from e2046 before, costs RM 6XX, and they paint it for you

Budget, of course, and exceeding rm 500 = kena tax. It was going for USD 249/RM 750 but then they slashed 20% off it later, and still available for order. RM 5XX actually, but including shipping will be maybe 6xx. They only make when order is received, so, it is unlikely to sell out.
Quality, yep, is good. Just that garage kits are resin models, not PVC, 1 drop gone case. It doesnt break just at small fragile parts, it might shatter like ceramic, depends. Still better than polystone though.

The garage kit, when mailed to you, are in various parts, and you have to assemble it yourself, which is safer. So far my experience with Pos Laju in my hometown is very good, but Pos Malaysia treats your parcel like basketball.

If u use SAL > parcel pass to Pos Malaysia; if you use EMS > parcel pass to pos laju. Imagine ordering an expensive GK and at the same time, have to pay even more for shipping just to be extra safe. So far for SAL, took me only 12-14 days to get it, but EMS = 5 days. I dont mind waiting another week to save shipping cost but we dunno WTF is Pos Malaysia doing with our parcels...
