I have no plans leaving. I only add more stuff to my hobbies to diversify more, once i take up something i wont leave it anymore. Thats why i dun touch Hot Toys or dollfies yet. But im unlikely to buy any other HotToys products other than a single Ironman Statue, just one that i prefer (out of a few variants).

When i started to want her last time, already sold out everywhere, i just got lucky that someone wanted to sell his preorder, so i reserved it. I'd prefer not to get it from YJA, because, including shipping cost, who knows if it escalates to the price point where i might end up getting taxed. And YJA, like any auction sites, the people there have no budget issues, they spam the bidding button until price sky high also they will buy.

Meanwhile, this Griffon figure looks fantastic. I guess it is all about the sculptor at work, and what price point they are aiming for. Griffon has good sculptors but choose to produce shitlike products for mainstream anime character figures.

HobbyNw the current figure prices are ok, but their older figure price, they are basically doing daylight robbery. Thats why i dunwan to support them. Even though they are rare, they are still not worth that high, look at the pic below, taken from this page. One PVC RM 24XX also got.

Rin is 1/8 right? If yes then good. I can make my own band, i have the Haruhi Gekisou girls, and maybe the Alter K-On girls can join in or something. I want to get more miniatures, for diorama later on.

I have Haruhi only (which is the most important and expensive out of the 3 now, fortunately), Nagato Yuki and Asahina Mikuru i dun have, but i dont plan on getting them anytime soon either unless i have extra budget.

You mean same company (in terms of the anime)? That series is indeed under TYPE MOON, which is also responsible for fate series.

GSC's version is quite an old figure i think? It was even lesser than 5000yen. Although they did re-release it... but this time Koto's version seem to be better simply because it is a newer figure, and it's not some dull standing pose.

Koto is on steroids recently. They are making what people are asking for. But it's usually a hit or miss in terms of quality.
