It's obviously a high tier figure, which means exceptional quality. GSC's 1/8 Insane BRS is also 13000yen+. Alter's 1/7 Signum (2013) is almost 16,000yen, when the older version is barely 9000yen.

Kotobukiya's giant figure like 1/6 Sakuya crimson may only be 12,000yen (33cm tall) but i'll tell you, quality is average as best. I own that figure. You get what you pay for.

I will only consider a scale figure of her from GSC/Max Factory. Nothing else matters.

Best way is to declare it as something else (which is totally irrelevant to books).
