better to save up and buy a complete bike, or buy parts bit by bit?

I will buy a complete bike as I am not too choosy as lilred says "Beggars cannot be choosers" cheaper ma!
Preferably my Groupset will be a Sram Force this round but doubted it to be available complete as there are in neither ends of the spectrum.
Must swap out the OEM wheels with the Aero wheels of Choice (For style sake) ....I own up for F@ks-non performance....i dun remotely qualify to talk it.

i dun like old parts hung on new frame...i dun like to play transfer transfer...
