My Polar RCX5 been using since Sept 2011... battery now have to change every 6 months from initial 9 months.

Any recommendation?

the knee brace is to provide stability, which can be countered by strengthening the muscles. but torn meniscus, no way. meniscus is to cushion the impact. so now i can only do non-impact activities.

D.1.2 Bicycle Draft Zone
The draft zone for all competitors will be a rectangle 10 meters long (5 bike lengths) by 3 meters wide.

The draft zone will be measured from the back edge of the back wheel of the bike in front to the front edge of the front wheel of the back bike.

A competitor may enter the draft zone of another competitor, but must be seen to be progressing through that zone. (30 second time limit)
A maximum of 30 seconds will be allowed to pass through the zone of another competitor.

the age of 28 is more or less the peak for the gc contenders nowadays... it's about the same age for alberto when i think in my memories is what is his best performance in the tour which is the 2009 tour when he was in-fighting lance and at the same time handling schleck... think he was 26 or 27 then...

doping questions aside... i do have to admit that he is really a superb rider... if you look at his poise... his upper body is rock solid.. no movements watsoever when he made his move after porte fell back... this shows his core strength is very good and he just manages to channel all his power solidly to his legs and let it spin away... i don't think he has the pedal torque of more muscular riders but he can for sure jus spin his way up to any more powerful rider than him...

and that unfortunately brings us to the question of doping and whether is it possible to achieve such a feat without the help of PEDs... yes, he could have the will and the ability to suffer the tortures.... but, there would be a limit although he did show that he is fighting a bit with 1K to go today... his shoulders wailling a bit..

contador got riled in 09 for his ride up verbier where everyone says it is not humanly possible... and froom here is showing us that although a less capable contador than the 2009 version, he manages to ride away from him staying seated...
he turned it up for week 1 and dialled it down mar... now he turned it up for week 2 and then he will dial down again lor...

hahaha...

flattish time trials i believe wiggins will be stronger... overall and especially climbing, i vote for froome...no contest
