To some, the climax of the road cycling season has arrived....a fuyoh!....welcome to the opening day of Le Tour De France.
My first TDF, couch potato moments, watching LA of Astana came out of retirement in 2009 with zero knowledge then. Doping to me then probably means the odd joint of marijuana habit. Don't know sh*t about equipment or the gladiators in the peloton.
Now the whole TDF thing served up a plate of intrigue to me... with more ingredients that my taste buds knowledges.

My recording of the live set ready and it will serve as my bed time snacks if I can't catch it live.

how much does a giant propel frame sl2 cost? or they dont sell frames?
*
wow... i don't think it's even here yet...

try asking JBS bikes and see.. maybe i am wrong...expect no less than RM10k because propel advanced sl2 with top end group is rumored to costs as high as USD7k during their launch...

QUOTE(mrvenkon @ Jun 28 2013, 11:11 PM)
hello guys,

Before this i train on roller (w/o resistance) to try to improve my pedaling skill better,

as time goes, i started think about ,

do i need to get a turbo trainer/a roller with resistance to improve my leg power?

and now actually i am still thinking either to get a roller with resistance or turbo trainer?..

any recommend to get which one?..

Thanks  biggrin.gif
*
get both... it's different purposes... but if you intend to keep your fitness level up alone like how the westerners do for winter training... then get the trainer instead of roller...

resistive rollers will never match trainers for strength training...

you ever know.. maybe a crash will leave only the underdogs in front...

1st stage is always the most nervous ones and crashes ensues...

Again Ryder can't get out off the habit of scraping Tarmac.
The Hulk should Wheelie out of trouble like he park his bike on the roof of his car,but he didn't.
Spez again at the wrong place at the wrong time, again he thinks his train didn't do their job.
The burly German barge his way through like a bowling ball, knocking down a 9 pins skittles except a Marcel Kittel!
Tonight will be a route for punchers, so Cannondale is in good odds. Spez...not a chance!

today is a bit climb heavy for just the 2nd day of the tour... and there is a small kicker (300 feet) towards the end nearing 10k to go... so, sprinters might still not be advantaged here... maybe tommy voeckler might have a small chance if europcar can keep him in front...or someone who can make a banzai downhill run from col de vizzavona and keep his tempo high all the way to the finish (very unlikely)

it'll be anyone's guess today... maybe another bus gets stuck somewhere and another bunch of chaos ensues...

why would cannondale have a chance when spez can't??? from where did you deduce to those odds???

if by any chance... i vote trek & jensie voight to do it in a long breakaway after the first sprint point..
