hello guys, Before this i train on roller (w/o resistance) to try to improve my pedaling skill better, as time goes, i started think about , do i need to get a turbo trainer/a roller with resistance to improve my leg power? and now actually i am still thinking either to get a roller with resistance or turbo trainer?.. any recommend to get which one?.. Thanks

can i change 52-39t pcd130 to 52-34t/52-36t chainring ?
