semi slicks will be good on tracks... but on the road for normal drive... it's not so good... because TOUCH WOOD if u crash ur car when u are using semi slicks, insurance company will not bare anything at all... so you can't claim insurance adi... in the track when u use it they will not be liable for crash or anything as signed...
*
Insurance company does not count what tyre you use, as long tyre thread is sufficient will do whistling.gif Coz, tyres are accessories not covered under insurance anyways whistling.gif I used to AD01 on my Iswaga day in day out even on heavy rain travelling all the way back to Ipork whistling.gif I know you kena crashed because tayar botak, that's another story because you drive with bad condition tyre whistling.gif So if 1 can proof the tyre is new, and thread is sufficient, insurance company can't do anything. Besides, your previous insurance company also folded ady whistling.gif

In track, sign for letter of indemnity liao, all insurance will be void - include your life insurance/medical card. Nobody can protect you whistling.gif Unless you have special perils - or the so called professional insurance where you're a professional racer that guaranteed contract income 5 million dollars a year, insurance company will demand 10% of your contract as premium. So they can insure the rest of the 500 racers in case 1 or 2 of you guys got killed in motor sports, they able to pay off your contract & make a fortune icon_idea.gif After being ANAL by the actuator(not the turbo actuator we're talking about) of insurance company, premium they collect 唔会死错人. So, do you have 500,000 to pay for your premium?

If I floor the car, it will only smoke not drive sad.gif The last time before I change tyres, I did floor it at 3MAX factory laugh.gif Smoked the whole street. I have never put on full slick, coz doesn't have an LSD, no point oso I think sweat.gif Most pandai time oso AD01(back in my time lar). Now... cry.gif will have to wait until C2KBAS2005 bring me out for a tour lar

The shifter cant fit BLM, FLX may be yawn.gif By the way, the seller's name "SQUIRT" reminds me of 2 thing only. 1, the porn squirt queen - Cytheria. 2, SUMJOH in Subang! These two things equally turn me on. Watch below video, but make sure you sit tight and pull your pants.

QUOTE(nash9701 @ Jun 14 2013, 10:15 PM)
Hi all, previous I've made a comment on "tak tak tak" sound from FLX rear drum brake due to the brake pad lining giving out (different SC). But today after service (different SC), the mechanic showed me that the rear brake wheel cylinder is the culprit which cause the "tak tak tak" sound as it not properly function, like stuck @ jammed. He need to service, play around with the brake and rear wheel cylinder until it smoothly functioning. It just like several time after servicing, when u driving and braking, the problem "tak tak tak" sound will come back. So I ask SC to order new set as the cost is RM20+ (need to wait for order). For a moment, the sound already disappear after servicing (but I'm sure it will come back). But if after replacing the problem still persist, I just wonder if there is any other brand of rear wheel cylinder that fit to FLX worth to try?

Note : I forgot to bring camera, but below almost the same what I saw today at SC.

user posted image

Also today meet one person at SC that experience problem with FLX engine sometimes suddenly dead (car lest than 1 year). Just pity him.

(^__^)

I've done mine few months back, whole rear brake system service
user posted image

When I open the drum, brake dust spill everywhere
user posted image

Look at the amount of brake dust stuck within the brake cylinder shaft, how to NOT jam the brake cylinder yawn.gif

So, it happened once, it will happen again, just the matter of when yawn.gif

oh well not the first time, and probably wont be the last until i can prevent it... considering to install those under car armor/plastic thingies lol.

sure it cost a lot, but i guess it'll save a ton of hassle since i drive like an idiot anyways
