QUOTE(theWeird_Weird @ Jul 2 2013, 11:04 AM) i just flashed the v3 honami camera mod. n it FC whenever i pressed camera. Manual copy all apk to system/apps, remember set correct permission & restart the phone.im on EXCELUS 4.2.0 with the honami mod. any idea on what should i do? Some tips to prevent total NO FC - Open the camera only via lockscreen if you want to use Superior auto. - Open others mode inside app drawer, set Manual as default. |

Here sample snap indoor & dark area using Honami camera, I find the noise control actually is better.
Superior auto ![]() ![]() Superior auto v/s Manual mode ![]() Superior auto ![]() Manual ![]() Superior auto - not really clear and noise, but it still in better color noise control ![]() Manual - impressive with this result, as I let it auto ISO and it set at ISO 1000 and it still output awesome This post has been edited by Andrewtst: Jul 2 2013, 11:42 AM |

QUOTE(uzary @ Jul 2 2013, 12:59 PM) bro, i successfully flash the dual recovery with this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2261606. give it a try. i flash it thru pc. btw the only way to enter recovery is by using the reboot to recovery option when u pressed the power button, it will reboot and enter TWRP. i never succeed to enter recovery via manually [At boot, once you feel the phone vibrate and see the green led;- press VOL-UP for CWM; - press VOL-DOWN for TWRP.] and so i hv no idea how to enter cwm recovery, but never mind cause i prefer twrp more than cwm. |

QUOTE(uzary @ Jul 2 2013, 01:23 PM) TWRP backup n restore is at least 50% to 100% faster than CWMTWRP backup is in one folder easily identifiable CWM backup is in 2 folders. You cannot identify which backup in its obb folder. This means if you have more than 1 backup you cannot identify which subfolders in obb to delete if you So wish I prefer TWRP anytime over CWM n I only used this in all my androids Updating to latest version of TWRP is very easy through use of app goomanager This post has been edited by benny888: Jul 2 2013, 01:39 PM |

i tried to understand more about triluminos so do a little research bout it. so what i understand so far was that this triluminos is a technology that enables LCD TFT displays to show a wider range of colors, and thus to display images that are richer and more vivid.
So i was wondering since triluminos is a technology and the screen use it still a lcd tft, which is the same as in xperia z, is it possible that this technology can be put into xperia z via firmware update? The TFT displays on the Xperia Z, ZL, and other older devices from Sony have been criticized for their washed out colors and poor viewing angle. see the comparison photo below, ![]() and another thing, the x-reality engine, is an image processing technology that enhances the images and videos displayed on the Xperia Z Ultra. It makes pictures look sharper, reduces noise, improves contrast, and fine tunes saturation.. those who already try the honami mod, and installed the x-reality engine, did u c any significant improvement over the current BraviaEngine2? what do u guys think? is it possible that our xperia Z can be like in the photo?, like the xperia zu screen i mean. As long as it's not over saturated like the S3/S4, I'm fine. |
