telco wont do ewarranty for u by default..

i direct email to samsung to get my ewarranty done..

info they need:

1. Name
2. Mobile Contact number
3. Product IMEI /( 15 digits) / SERIAL NUMBER
4. Proof of purchase (Receipt)-ATTACH
5. Location of purchase
6. Date of purchase

send to : ewarranty.sme@samsung.com

I bought at Maxis Center,they do not assist to register warranty,instead they advised me to go Customer Care Samsung at Lowyat Plaza or Midvalley and etc.

Till now,my device is unregistered hmm.gif

I did that already and how long later only will they contact you to tell you that your phone is now under warranty ? hmm.gif

PM fellow forumer "Fallenout" and give him your mobile number, name, phone IMEI and he will do it for you FOC. Depending on how busy he is, you should get reply from Samsung within few days. He did 3 for me and I got it the next day

There is nothing wrong with your phone. Even if you leave it to charge overnight it can still drop to 98% or 99% while on the charger because it stops charging when full and doesn't start charging again until power drops below a certain level.

Got myself an S View Cover from Samsung store. Must say, it looks good but the problem is, after opening it a few times, it does not close back =p anyone know if the small window is scratch resistant?

1.5hours.....why most of u all so concern about it ? the charger is 2a ..iPad charger rate ....much faster than S3 charger....im so impressed about the charging rate
