does anyone have any experience with a faulty s4 or with the Samsung service center in PJ (beside federal highway)?

How do they go about the warranty?

Would I be offered a new set or they will take mine in for repair? My phone is only 1 day old by the way.

Technically i bought a faulty set from Maxis but since they did not cover any warranty or anything, I could not do a 1 to 1 exchange with Maxis.

Any suggestions / advise is appreciated.

Samsung almost.never give 1 to 1 exchange. They will repair your phone. That's why need to check the phone carefully before bring it home.

Samsung, unlike Apple, does not not have the 1 for 1 replacement policy. However, since you got it for just a day, present your case firmly but politely. They may consider an exchange rather than repairs.

Anyone how to register the e-warranty? I bought my phone from Maxis at Gardens. Just noticed the warranty card is not stamped...

why dont my facebook shows status posted using my phone as " sent via s4 "

I bought my s4 at klcc, they said, within 2 days, if got problem can 1 to 1 xchange with em, but i dunno other samsung store, myb klcc only..

Lol...make ur feel worth spending 2k on that phone ? So far only apple device got only if not mistaken

Never knew there is in S3 , after owning for more than 6 months ..well, that's not important

Cannot clone S4 100% for sure. Once see it straight know already. S4 is too thin bezel.

any idea when the next update will roll out? just checked on htc one.. it ssuper smooth unline my s4.. laggy.. zzz i thought s4 spec is better than htc one how come mine like ^&~!%@..
