if BLR increase, will property price go down or go up? Tikaram said it wrongly. I dunno if he purposely not saying the right thing. Everything will be transferred to buyer and consumer leh. You think if monthly installment increase, landlord just gonna absorb just like that? You think if BLR increase, flipper will just stay with the current price? Come on.
