This method will NOT removed the TAMPERED status . Only flashing the stock RUU in fastboot mode will remove it

Any link to our stock ruu?
I thought even though you can remove the tampered status, the bootloader will show relock instead of locked

Firmware 1.29.707.3 :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39588860

No matter how one does it, it will always show RELOCK and not LOCKED . That is why I always say is pointless to revert back to stock if you want to claim warranty. Until there is a S-OFF solution, HTC will always know that you have unlock bootloader as your phone info is captured in their HTC servers once they send you the unlock code
Reverting back to stock is good if you wish to sell off your phone and wants the buyer to have the original rom ( if you have flash a custom rom)

Actually the warranty is only void AFTER you unlock the bootloader. Requesting for the Unlock.code.bin will not void your warranty ^^

I flashed ARHD 10.0 4.2.2, working great so far, only less customization cause most mods only support 4.1.2

ARHD 10 XDA

I love everything about the HO, but is there any apps like S4 where u look at the screen and it wont turn of by it self?
*
before this someone had shared about a app name "gravity screen off"
it actually detects your movement when you holding the phone then eventually prevents it to turn off.

Well, i am using the crystal clear casing now, but the casing already got a few scratches after 5days (i put it with my keys in my bag) yawn.gif , so planning to get another 1
Thx for the suggestions! Will be getting otterbox commuter, double dip is nice but i hope they can have more colours to choose from grumble.gif

I got Incipio DualPro, the casing is very nice and feel really secure. More important, it is not as bulky as the otterbox.

Now again the annoying Samsung banner appear again while browsing this forum using phone. Very irritating.. Put the banner up there not enough me? Now doing floating banner, makes me mistakenly clicked it a few times because it's fly up and down especially while loading page and keyboard pop up/down..

Samsung with its marketing strategy.. Sighh.. There is a point when we say it's too much to a level of annoying..

No matter how you try to advertise your S4, we already know and chosen HTC One. tongue.gif

camera: HTC one having only 4mp (ultra pixel) camera, S4 having 13mp? in term of pixel, obviously S4 win miles ahead.. imo camera pixel is where i think HO is lacking the most, in which in most if not all smartphone nowadays 5mp is very common and considered low end dy.. but, so far, for daily usage, i think HO camera has done well to serve my needs, and taking picture in low light condition is better now (in which before this, i just don't have appetite to snap picture in low light conditon while using my previous phone).. HTC Zoe is a bonus, its fun to use, there were just some times/condition that i think Zoe is really practical to use..

in terms of design, HO having premium aesthetic while S4......... (plastic).... but depends, sometime ppl consider more on performance than design..  biggrin.gif

but, really, both are major flagship as of today, why not give it a try on both before you decide.. you are asking in HTC One thread, of course recommendation more bias toward HO.

im wanna correct u about this one.
4mp ultrapixel its wayyy different 13mp without ultrapixel...pls refer at the main page about ultrapixel. why u need 13mp but cant shoot proper at dark/low light location?
u can read this user review if u really into camera performance. for me..HO can capture better than S4 and the same time S4 give other benefit include HDR QUality and rich colour. btw..for me? i want fast shutter, less blur pikture and very good in the low light location.

refer here bro HO vs S4

I said "in term of pixel density" not overall quality and performance... What u said I already know.

Say later next htc phone with 8mp ultrapixel, u don't want? I said, pixel density
