lakeville has 2550 units over 12 acres & most units are 1000sqft n above, all sharing the same facilities which is more worrying.. this one is ok for ownstay if one can tahan sharing the facilities with 10000 people when all the units are complete.

Yes It is high dense  (one of my main concerns besides issues like incinerator ,dump sites, traffic..) After all, I find it is not bad for homestay due to their  living concept , layout , locations and etc.. In my viewpoint, nothing is perfect . Where can u find  low dense, no traffic jams, good location at low price in kl ? I bought this for personal homestay after many thoughts on different perspectives. Think it is important to know what we want and at the same time tolerate with the negative sides.  I really hope that the developer will deliver what had promised . If not , their image will be tarnished .  Hardly had any bad smells in the evening/night  as I went there for almost everyday to confirm it before purchase. Unlike those near kipark / beringin, it is totally unbearable day n night . I was told by MS staff , the road access to Kepong will be ready in mid year..

Lakeville need to have strict security next time to prevent outsiders from coming in to use the common facilities.

View is not that important as long as we don't see squatter area down your balcony, which can be upsetting. Normal terraces are fine with me

I have asked before.    Its 9 feet.  Not high esp if you plan to have plaster ceiling.  Its possible that the show unit ceiling height is higher hence looks more spacious.

It's about the small particles pollution in air from the incinerator. Small particles don't travel using Google map estimated route. Added disaster if there's a lot rubbish vans pass by the area everyday.

My simple kitchen renovation cost me RM20k... The kitchen cabinet charges by feet...
