This one I agree, this can solve the bottleneck of the problem by connecting direct to Jalan Kepong. As a resident nearby, I feel all this pain.

But this road congestion problem will happen to Ecosky too, because the resident there if they need to head forward to KL, they need to use the U-turn near the batu caves roundabout, unless they also use the shortcut near Taman Wahyu here.

So I guess, if the 2 so call big developer could join hand to solve this problem of road things and make it a win-win situation to the resident there.

Hard to say now, nth being mention in the documentation but the project was approve by the local authority with this road build as part of the deal, according to the people in Mah Sing that have shown to us before the lakeville is launch. Probably some of the bro or sis here that attended the preview earlier could see this same document too.

Heard from a fren that is a banker ... last 4 month, the rejection rate climb up to 70%. But now starting to give more approval dy. Now back to more than 50% approval rate dy ...

Don't think now you can get quotation for 4 years later... all material and labor cost will be different by then.

From the information I get, the Prima won't be sharing the same management as the lakeville and also wont be sharing the facility too. The Prima building will be having their own swimming pool and etc.

Maintenance fees wise, hard to predict now as the Prima block selling price and how to apply still not concrete yet.

Bro... if you do some reading at the beginning of the topic then you will get the answer. 6 block of Lakeview and 1 block of the prima. Even heard the prima will be selling around 3xxk ... not sure how true this is.

The fishshuyi, maybe you could advise us. The one block beside LakeVille that is going to be build beside block F of LakeVille that is going to be selling cheaper than LakeVille is for? I heard Mah Sing staff telling me that this block is a government project requirement and it will have a separate swimming pools and facility compare to LakeVille.

Maybe you can enlighten us on this.

Ya ya ... i look at the parking map, those tandem parking is in middle one, so both side oso can access and exit. I guess tandem parking also not an issue rite.

Not too sure how is other floor parking, but from the parking floor that I got ... the tandem parking is on the middle row. The side by side parking one is on the side of the floor ...
