This design is way better than EcoSky.... such a waste EcoSky showed pretty normal facade.

i'd beg to differ though. looks like beauty is really in the eye of the beholder...

normally the trend now is all glass curtain facade, so that's what i like as it gives you the luxury feel.

Copycat is always a trend nowadays. Lacking in innovation and creativity will lead to such product. Good luck FLV.

The design is actually almost copycat of i-Residence in i-City Shah Alam. There is no where similar to Capers or Fennel.

But taikor Pat, it does ring a bell leh....

The architect could be the same. Most projects with similar architects are also using some common stuffs.

View of a clean lake is always better than houses or road or buildings. Cleaning the lake will be a boulder. Maintaining in the long run may take an even bigger boulder. Look at the map. The lakes or ponds are interconnected. The smallest pond at the most south side where FLV is located, may be going through cleaning but what about the connecting bigger pond and the smaller pond at far north. They are connected.

Nothing is impossible. Will see how they execute it in this piece so leasehold land.
