Hi, yes, Note 2 is still one of the best phones for all round productivity, and it is going for a good price. You may buy at any reputable resellers for around RM1600+ for an SME set, and perhaps about 150 less for an AP set. SatuGadget seems to be a good seller.

However if you take an AP set, nobody can guarantee the level of service. At least for the approx 150 more you can send it to any SME Service Center for claims and be assured of service.

The only problems with the Note 2 is SDS, but all current sets seem to have updated motherboard/chip fixes that have cured it. The ones getting it are the early sets.

Same here, bought 1 day before too. Tested as "insance chip" but *touch wood* no problem so far. However the last 2 weeks have seen about 5 reports of SDS here.

Sudden Death Syndrome. Started with the S3, and some early batches of Note 2 also have this possible problem. However, the later batches (like now) have fixed it, no more problems.

i wish i found out how exactly did it kill my phone, but what happened was basically i installed the widget i created, then my phone just went off with a blackout upon placing it on my homescreen, which then led to a soft brick. but again, how? i also don't know which part of my code did it. sad.gif
