if sub in srt extension..the file name must be same..except the extension..also, can try drag the sub file into the player while playing movie..

Uninstall all the players. then, reinstall then all BUT install CCCP as last n use CCCP as the default player to override all other players.

Worked for me, after PPS messed with my codecs.

hmm.. recently i have problems with k-lite mega codec, anyone got same problem ?

Try downloading the TweakerFilter ..

still cant solve the problem .. but when i reinstall the k-lite mega codec it works back but then later on it will revert back to the problem

install realplayer for the rmvb codec, then set MPC-HC as default player.

current i have problem playback dts-hd master audio track in mkv video with using windows 7 WMC + ffdshow (shark007 win7codec)

afaik, dts-hd master audio content lossy DTS core for support spdif bitstream in old av receiver support decode,

went bitstream spdif via optical to my av receiver (dont have hdmi or any lossless decoder compatible)

ffdshow running with dts pass-through, but no sound at all.

it's ffdshow cannot support extract dts core and spdif pass-through at master audio dts-hd track?

Hi all experts in LYN, I am currently facing problem playing some of my downloaded RMVB files and here to ask for helps.

FYI, I have tried Storm Codec, CCCP, Klit Mega Codec, Win7 Codec, Final Codec 2009 and Shark007 codec. And player wise, i have tried MPC, MPC-HC, KMplayer, Real Player and GOMPlayer. Also, I have tried to install several SHN to Wave filters from internet. But all failed to play the RMVB files. Please kindly advice.

does the latest ffdshow support rmvb and mkv? if it yes how to enable all codec, tweak at the codec setting but still doesnt play the video. play using wmp 11.

to play mkv file in wmp11, you need to install a splitter such as haali splitter
