current i have problem playback dts-hd master audio track in mkv video with using windows 7 WMC + ffdshow (shark007 win7codec)

afaik, dts-hd master audio content lossy DTS core for support spdif bitstream in old av receiver support decode,

went bitstream spdif via optical to my av receiver (dont have hdmi or any lossless decoder compatible)

ffdshow running with dts pass-through, but no sound at all.

it's ffdshow cannot support extract dts core and spdif pass-through at master audio dts-hd track?

try install real alternative see since you using mpc playback.

mine using windows 7 media center with Real Alternative so far ok.
