QUOTE(Phoenixwunin @ May 24 2007, 01:41 AM) I use bitdefender once... good protection... but very laggy la... it checks almost everything running inside my PC... And is that suppose to be bad? A little laggy i would concur but i rather it checks everything than being selective and misses something. If you want something faster, then you should try NOD32 but it is no silver bullet.... |

QUOTE(moniqee @ May 24 2007, 03:54 PM) Should be good but a little resource heavy. From what I understand, F-secure OEM from Kaspersky for its scan engine. F-secure value add the package on several areas as well as they do their own R&D too. |

you can try using Avira Antivir Personal Classic
It's the best Free Antivirus around this time. Low Memory Usage (lower than 10K) Their Premium Edition won the best detection rate in http://www.av-comparatives.org/ check it out. Con: Only virus protection or Clamwin with Winpooch it's open source and it's free of course Claim to be the best near future. |

Guys, need your recommendation and expertise urgently.
My office's server is unprotected and has been infected by numerous viruses. Can suggest to me which antivirus and firewall to suit Server 2003 operating system? Low on system resources hogging but good all round protection... any? Preferably freeware / trial so I can test it out first... or if it's really good but payware, I will propose to my superior about purchasing it. |
