Go to C:\Windows\System32\ delete TrueVector folder, or ZoneAlarm folder. After you uninstalled it ofc.

That helped my friend. smile.gif

which screenshot u mean??? there are few sections for this outpost...

as for settings... I enabled all the plugins provided, and the main program set to "rules based", as for the rules I just use the auto rules it provided...

I don't think that sygate is a very good choice tho'...
As it's very fragile and nuke-able sweat.gif
But, outpost would definitely be a better alternative.

not so time consuming in configuration if u compare with Look'n'Stop which is totally rules-based. In outpost at least there is some "default" rules sets for u to choose for different programs, mostly automatic, just need some minor adjustments to ur own needs smile.gif

may b it's bcos I shifted from LnS (Look'n'Stop) to Outpost, so it's no big deal with its configuration (compared to LnS) tongue.gif

p/s: I used Sygate for quite a long time b4 I start switching here and there due to no longer support of Sygate...

Yeah, but the irritating part is sometimes it's very buggy and it closes automatically[nuked]

Yeah, at first that's what I'd thought of..
But later on when problem finds you it's a totally different story altogether.

1 thing I feel about Sygate after I changed to other firewalls is tat it's "easy and simple", tat's the good but also can b the weak point for a firewall software...
