Any updates?

Left less than 40 units for Block B on Sunday after 5pm.
Most of them on 22nd floor n above & facing KL.
Facing UPM & pool almost sapu finish!

As the HTC is just 3-4 storey high compared to 6 storey and above units, it is not going to block upm birdview scenery!
From my knowledge, it is really bad to have a property underneath the HTC and < 50m.

How to interpret the graph ??

The eletromagnetic field effect (people call radioactive) from 0 to 100m.
The HTC there is 400-500kv and thus there is no effect at all after 100m.

Of course the actual distance from the swimming pool (6th floor) is more than 100m.
And it is not blocking the green view at all (HTC only 4-5 story height).
Higher unit like 16th floor is much more farther from HTC line!

If I not mistaken, the title lot is under COMMERCIAL title...
I suppose the Utilities/Quit Rent/Assessment will be charged on COMMERCIAL rate?

May i know the stamp duty, spa & loan disbursement included on downpayment or not? We need to pay extra for them when sign spa?

Hi all sifus, I'm first time home buyer and I'm interested in SK One condo. But I'm kinda concern with the HTC implication mentioned above. Went to see the site today and it's really jam... I bet during working hours its even worse. Surrounding shop lots are dead too. Appreciate all sifus' thought and input ^^

he just telling me that many edu centre is nearby, more than 5 edu city......near Aeon as well??

My friend stays there so i always hang out at that area. UPM and Segi are there but apart from those two I can't remmeber any other...
