Hi all sifus, I'm first time home buyer and I'm interested in SK One condo. But I'm kinda concern with the HTC implication mentioned above. Went to see the site today and it's really jam... I bet during working hours its even worse. Surrounding shop lots are dead too. Appreciate all sifus' thought and input ^^
