massagie shop, snooker centre, ktv, internet n horse running machine, club house,
mamak, ahbeng disco fentoh all come open bizness.

many of your n your neighbour units will become 1 hour cannon room.
manyak non resi people go up and down and walk pass your corridor for 1 hour cannon.

my opinion, location wise good as all shop around the apartment. transport wise not so good but who know in future might be better. in 2008 many ppl say puchong not good coz of toll and landmines area. look now all people want to buy puchong badly. you cannot predict the future and what you want, go ahead and get it opportunity.

RM30 x 966 sf = RM38000 discount. R U SURE? Phase 1 give only RM28000 discount for 966sqft unit wor?

I bought rm461k minus rebate rm35k = rm426k / 966sf = rm440.99 per sf

Impossible down payment less than 10k.. if 966spf n above.. mine 1+k..
