You must be using DHL Packet International which is not the same as the DHL Express.

So you got them free ?
I once bought 2 SW sets from B&N and for some reason they were sent in separate shipment. 1 arrived first and 2 weeks after I made an enquiry and they refunded me without me asking. 6 weeks later, got a notice from Pos Malaysia to pick up at Daya Bumi.

Nope, DHL Germany didn't even bother to reply a single complaint mail of mine. I've sent emails to claim for insurance and such, all left unattended.
But then again, i would rather receive the parcel late than to have my money hang on for another few more months while waiting for insurance claim
and super slow response from DHL.
