I thought only Celcom have this problem. Now also down to 2 - 3 Mbps on 30Mbps plan. Location Miri, Sarawak.

What heard from other people and customer, Celcom Fiber cannot BitTorrent, or even P2P (Non BitTorrent) simply because:
1. No Public IPv4
2. No IPv6 (Disabled)
3. UDP Hole Punch is not allowed

Still, many application using Client-Server model, some are using Client to Client like Video/Audio conference utilize advantage of IPv6

Celcom may provide IPv6, but Incoming Connection (WAN Initiate Connection) is blocked, so, Client on the internet cannot connect to you.

Dont want some trouble in the future, use:
1. Unifi
2. Maxis (by request)
3. TIME
4. ViewQwest

These ISP provide Public IPv4 and IPv6 (allow Incoming)

Read carefully.
They don't allow you to run a P2P or VPN server out off your connection turning your premise into a datacentre not don't allow you to do P2P downloads.

well, can only be leecher not a seeder but chances are this might be block on isp level. probably need a vpn service to bypass it. this need to be confirm by any1 already on celcom fibre.

i was considering celcom for my next jump after my unifi contract expired for their promo, but after reading the TnC, i think might as well stick to unifi or jump to maxis/time.

Based on my observation few days ago , celcom dl torrent speed
is not that great ...150k around that figure ...while my unifi 30M
already max speed .

Just beware , change to wrong ISP may give u headache.
Need to survey first to see which isp throttle p2p before
subscribe.
