Information from 1U card center revealed that there is a possibility of TP revaluation (let's term it as devaluation) but they were not sure when it will take effect.
They said debit card TP value already devaluated (don't really understand this)
There is no new TP catalog since its expiry in May.
I guess the TP devaluation may not happen on 1st August. But it will, soon after.

Maybe I named it wrongly. You go to your CC account > click Pay Now > then you can schedule when you want the payment to be effected.

I did not receive SMS notification for CC scheduled payment, so don't know what time it take effect. But I did receive SMS notification for my TNB scheduled payment at 5pm on Sunday. Haha... I scheduled TNB payment on week end to earn 5% CB and free myself for weekend outing.

No, it will never work !! The billing system wouldn't reward you the autopay rm2 rebate in the following month bill if you make a manual partial payment for current month bill. Please try it and see for yourself.

If you manually pay the bill be it partial or full, no autopay discount will be given in the following month. No harm trying 1 month la, it's just rm2 only after all you r still getting the weekend 5% + TP for the amount paid manually.

Depending on when you manually pay. The withdrawal of autopay rebate will only take effect the following month and if no more partial payment thereafter, the rebate will resume again.
