Redeemed all my TP for AEON vouchers at 1U.
Information from 1U card center revealed that there is a possibility of TP revaluation (let's term it as devaluation) but they were not sure when it will take effect. They said debit card TP value already devaluated (don't really understand this) There is no new TP catalog since its expiry in May. I guess the TP devaluation may not happen on 1st August. But it will, soon after. |

QUOTE(idoblu @ Jul 29 2013, 11:46 AM) I wish MBB would send me an SMS whenever I am late on my payment, say 5 days passed my due date. I totally forgotten to make a payment for last month bill......sigh....kena denda now The best is using "M2U Own Account Schedule Fund Transfer". No more over due penalty. But if you insist to pay on the due date itself and If you are an android phone user, Then I highly recommend ZDclock for this simple job. It will alert you every month 1 to 5 days before or on the due date. |

QUOTE(WHITE APPLE @ Jul 29 2013, 01:27 PM) When i click on " own account transfer", it saying that "You cannot make any funds transfer to your own account because you have only one account linked to your record." Any idea how to solve this problem? Maybe I named it wrongly. You go to your CC account > click Pay Now > then you can schedule when you want the payment to be effected. |

QUOTE(WHITE APPLE @ Jul 29 2013, 05:45 PM) What about the amount of payment because we will never know how much we will spend until the due date of payment. For example, my due date is 15th of august and i schedule auto payment today to pay on 14th of August, so how much should i pay? Then you wait until you know your statement balance la. No Statement balance how to pay ?? You can see your statement balance 20 days before payment due date. You should be able to see your Statement balance by now. |

QUOTE(Vcys86 @ Aug 2 2013, 11:32 PM) Sorry guys, there is saying said picture itself speak a thousand word. If you are still confuse and wanna play safe, there is no harm to pay the outstanding balance first. After your familiarize with the statement format, then just pay the statement balance. ![]() From the picture itself, statement balance still rm0.00 but the due date is already over. The even confusing thing is that i never pay anything so far but it is showing last payment date is 1st August and apparently that amount is the rebate that I get from first month. Super confusing Hope you all can enlighten me here QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Aug 3 2013, 10:21 PM) Really? Since when ? |

QUOTE(tbheng @ Aug 4 2013, 09:25 AM) Try check out the AEON WATAMI Visa Card to see if it fits you. Is there any jalan to pay Great Eastern and AXA premium with Amex ?I get 3% CB for my insurance payments. QUOTE(tbheng @ Aug 4 2013, 09:36 AM) aeiou228, give me five! I am a regular user of ZDclock too. I installed it in all my android smartphones. Haha..indeed. It reminds me road tax renewal, prepaid SIM card termination date, things to do, things to buy, etc but never use it on credit card remider though coz I'm using the scheduled payment method.I use it to alert me for cc payment, remind me to verify ibg status, etc. Set it up as repeat reminders. It has early ring feature too. Too many cards, repayments, ibg every months to do. Like the zdclock daily chime as well. |

QUOTE(tbheng @ Aug 4 2013, 10:23 AM) Sorry, don't have GE and AXA to confirm this...Mine is eTiQa, accept Amex but weekday only. Better use OCBC Ti for 1% then.Even for schedule payment, you will need (a reminder) to key in every month, right? As the amount will be diff every month. Questions on schedule payment: - only within MBB and not IBG, right? - what time will the schedule payment trigger? Morning, noon, nite? Well, Paper statement is my reminder to login and schedule payment. Anyway, I login pretty often. Yes only within MBB, click pay now button next to statement balance. Not sure about MBB 3rd party though. Any one? I did not receive SMS notification for CC scheduled payment, so don't know what time it take effect. But I did receive SMS notification for my TNB scheduled payment at 5pm on Sunday. Haha... I scheduled TNB payment on week end to earn 5% CB and free myself for weekend outing. |

QUOTE(hebe87 @ Aug 4 2013, 04:33 PM) to earn benfit better for unifi bill, apply for autopay (you will be rm2 rebate monthly for monthly autopayment more than rm20) No, it will never work !! The billing system wouldn't reward you the autopay rm2 rebate in the following month bill if you make a manual partial payment for current month bill. Please try it and see for yourself.therefore, if let says u r using VIP10 RM199 per month and lets say ur unifi statement day falls on 7th of the month - apply for autopayment unde ur MBB2C master/visa - pay manually RM178 via MBB2C AMEX via M2U during weekend, before 7th of the month so that u can get rm2 off from the autopayment, and can also get 5X TP and 5% CB for RM178 |

QUOTE(janson_kaniaz @ Aug 4 2013, 11:16 PM) I kinda doubted it at first bcoz one time I manually paid FULL amount and I did not get the rm2 rebate. however, I'm not sure about partial payment. If you manually pay the bill be it partial or full, no autopay discount will be given in the following month. No harm trying 1 month la, it's just rm2 only after all you r still getting the weekend 5% + TP for the amount paid manually. |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Aug 6 2013, 01:16 PM) yep, not suitable for me. i mostly cross rm500, but the qualifier is too high le... "a minimum of 10 retail transactions with at least RM50 per transaction" i dont have >10 transactions with each one rm50 or more. QUOTE(suadrif @ Aug 6 2013, 01:35 PM) cybpsych said is true. Fair enough. some people spend more than rm500 but their expenses are not equally distributed. as for me, my petrol expenses is RM300 per month but that is only 6 transaction. the rest of it is my bills which barely reach rm50 per transaction this is the worse scenario for both of us. The 10x >rm50 is indeed too rigid for most single working adult (but not all). Mbb2card Amex or OCBC Ti would be more suitable for those who prefer no minimum spending. |

QUOTE(codeiki @ Aug 7 2013, 08:45 AM) For me, I'm using streamyx (no UNIFI here yet). My autobill was entitled for RM4 discount (RM2 for fixed line and RM2 for streamyx). I autodebit it using OCBC Titanium to get 5% for the balance of it. Few months ago, i did actually try to pay the bill partially with AMEX. The discount RM4 was still effective. But I only attempted once. I have 3 tmbills to pay every month.... Depending on when you manually pay. The withdrawal of autopay rebate will only take effect the following month and if no more partial payment thereafter, the rebate will resume again. |
