isnt it better to just make a police report and claim his insurance just to be safe, then he also dun have to pay you rm1.2k....

that's hard decisions to make. but worse to worse i'll be make police report go claim insurance liao. didn't say cannot trust that fella la, but cannot trust anybody. let say he's ikhlas but end the end, said cannot pay how come? by the time wanna make police report also too late. polis sarjan sure marah balik pasaipa lambat buat report.

when we (a motorcyclist) got into accident, when in ward, law firm runner sudah tunjuk muka mau tolong claim insurance siapa yang langgar kita, if kita tidak ada cover life insurance. after discharge, the insurance runner will help you make police report. meanwhile duduk rumah tengok tv, they will buat kerja pergi claim insurance la. the owner kereta punya insurance agents akan datang ambil statement kita yang kena langgar. nanti law firm akan call kita berapa insurance company akan offer berapa mau bayar. nanti law firm dapat duit, nanti kita kasi datang office, law firm bagi belen duit tolak servis cas mereka.
