QUOTE(fitzhex @ May 25 2013, 09:11 PM) Your speed is also weird that you can't do upload speed.I'm in PJ and have no issue in running upload speed. Correction: If connected to LTE tower, I have no issue. If not, yes I can't run upload speed. This post has been edited by fruitie: May 25 2013, 09:21 PM |

QUOTE(fitzhex @ May 25 2013, 09:38 PM) To add salt to your wound, I'm using E398 and Chrome too. Just pulling you leg. I'll be back soon to PJ on Monday, oh God the Internet speed in PD is so unbearable at this kind of hours. I'm using my corporate SIM card now... Celcom and it works well. Too bad I can't seem to forward my calls to my personal phone in case somebody tries to call me. Sigh, any good Celcom plan besides SKMM? |

1800 tower in my area suddenly has issue since last Wednesday's night. The speed drops to 15Mbps but upload speed still flies.
Changed to 2600, speed flies again but sacrifice the upload speed which is halved from 1800's. Not sure what has happened here. |

QUOTE(digilife @ May 27 2013, 08:12 PM) Soon LTE will be QoS to only 30Mbps when ah beng and ah lian start using LTE So enjoy while you still can Anyway, Maxis' benchmark is not 30Mbps. It is 75Mbps. QoS and actual achievable are two things, QoS set by Maxis but if congestion is different, nothing to do with Maxis' QoS. It is just my current 1800 tower has issue now. |

QUOTE(digilife @ May 27 2013, 08:55 PM) I duno what made you said that, i am just reflecting something i read from Maxis Official site. Which ISP doesn't have best effort? [attachmentid=3459257] Maxis Site I said because I saw the HLR and I have tried more than 70Mbps in office before. |

QUOTE(digilife @ May 28 2013, 12:24 AM) It was back then( more than 14days ago, rite ? ), but now its a different story, unless you just seen the HLR just awhile ago. All I can say I don't need to prove to you. I can screenshot the HLR but I can't show it out publicly. I'll not as well privately. This post has been edited by fruitie: May 28 2013, 01:00 PM |

QUOTE(digilife @ May 28 2013, 01:10 PM) Your HLR is 75/75 but Negotiated QoS is different, it could be 30/30. Mine is throttled after 30GB but still can get 22Mbps after throttled speed, better than any 3G guys. Btw, now , some Biz are being capped @30GB whereas Legacy is still Unlimited. Once Capped speed is throttle to 2Mbps. If yours is throttle to 30GB ( LTE ), you are considered fine. Of course to be compared with my LTE speed, that 22Mbps sounds very little. Never mind, I still have the Legacy as well. I have both best of the world. This post has been edited by fruitie: May 28 2013, 03:00 PM |

QUOTE(digilife @ May 28 2013, 03:40 PM) Are you able to use E398 ( LTE sim ) on router to share out ? Oh, I didn't do anything to my router, still using the old OpenWRT that Chuah helped me.What FW is your router now, Factory FW or ROOter FW ? Nope, I don't think it works. So didn't share out using router, after all it has quota. So not sharing it out. Only use Legacy to share out. |

QUOTE(fitzhex @ May 28 2013, 04:30 PM) yes, which i think im connected to 2600.. Do you have MDMA?my mistake i forgot to check. that what i said. i had been trying. i tick 1800mhz only maxis lte shows up. 2600mhz only celcom shows up. 1800 one it does not register. yet my fren ipong5 can register. so not a problem with network I use MDMA only and switch as I like. No issue about searching for other network's LTE. |
