Understand MRT3 has its purpose to address.
But can anyone observe if there's any commercial hub covered in this alignment?
(Example MRT1- Bkt Binatang, Pusat Pdgn Damasara, TRX etc)

Mrt3 not designed to cover commercial hub, mostly residential. 10 out of 31 stations are interchanges and the other 21 stations are generally high density areas.

This deduces that ppl will take MRT3 and interchange with other LRTs/KTMs/MRT12/Monorail to get to city center.
To me this MRT3 alignment is like (akin) "Middle-Ring-R3 in train mode"

That’s the planners hope, whether people will actually follow is another story. But if can take circa 100k cars off the road per day then I think is a worthwhile effort.

Will MRT organise public inspection before tender?

The OKR stn is very close to the existing Pandai Dlm KTM stn(which will be an interchange later).
Perhaps theOKR stn is within/approx 1km radius from the Pandai Dlm stn. Any vacant land within this range?

Sure it should cover both ma… people always ride with public transport from their residents to offices ( commercial)… tak kan majority will ride from their houses to mother in law house or gf house for dinner 😅

That’s why mrt1, mrt2 and lrt lines exist, to cover those commercial hubs.. Mrt3 is designed to mostly provide residential coverage with 10 of it stations being interchanges to the lines I mentioned.

Possible. The MRT rail will cross/intersect the river and npe.

Underground wait long long til 2030

Bandar Malaysia no mrt2 to mrt3 interchange. Good plan👍. Kuchai suddenly become super hotspot. Just all mrt lines are elevated.

I'm thinking if the piece of land selling 2nd hand car and fruit stall opposite Scott Garden will be bigger piece of land to acquire for MRT.

So any station walking distance to PPUM hospital?
If you observe, none of the existing station is near any of our government or private hospitals that I'm aware of.
Untung still those commercial lot and building.
