The price can be considered premium in Wangsa Maju:
- Location: the proximity to LRT Sri Rampai and wangsa walk very close. - They offer high end quality material I have a chance to visit their last project in MK (Kiara 9), the quality considered excellent. No wonder the price is on high side...marble floor everywhere. The facility provided also premium... The one that interested me, unit D comes with private lifts (2 lift). - Partially furnished: Wardrobes, kitchen sets, water heater, air con. - Facility for family. To me you got what you've paid... |

May be the developer already consider mf for a certain period of time in the selling price. And use this item to attract the buyers...one of my thought..

Some condo's in KLCC area, the building management provide many scenarios about this mf i.e. spread out the cost to all over the owner despite the size of the unit, however this upon the agreement of the owner council.
