Mitrajaya have Aecom HK civil and structural and geotechnical expertise for the project.

With Aecom comes in.. already boost the project confidence & class lvl by many more times higher.

I'll say Mitrajaya coz better location, more modern high-end design and nicer surrounding environment.... but price wont be cheap.

Irama more towards forest living, location close to those old flats /apartment.. abit eyesore when goin in and out...

Short answer:

Own Stay : Irama

Investor : Hard to say. Irama if you get in early, otherwise probably Mitrajaya.

This project will be named Wangsa 9 Residency and they are currently pre-launching Tower C. There are 4 unit types:


· Type A (1,033 sf) – Currently not open for sale. Only available as second unit purchase (option to buy Type A after purchasing Type B/C/D) or through referral programme (option to buy Type A if friend/relatives purchase Type B/C/D).

· Type B (1,733 sf)/ C (1,647 sf) /D (2,120 sf)

To me, generally it is at the same location as a whole. No win or lose. Some families prefer a more quiet n with high privacy (Irama), some families prefer walking distance to the mall/amenities (wangsa 9).

For investment, there's no comparison. Walking distance to LRT and directly in front of Wangsa Walk means you won't have to worry about playing a rental game. For me and as for own stay, Irama trumps by being more secluded and exclusive while still enjoying quick access to aforementioned facilities.
