Pyramid HTC concept store take most of the unit acailable in Malaysia.. They told me already sold out 350 units within 3days.

alternatively, you may try to force close app, clear cache first if there are any apps that are malfunctioning. If this work, dont have to factory reset which will be a major hassle to some.

if it doesn't sorry la. factory reset. just saying factor reset don't have to be the first choice. should be last resort.

it's true. i sign up there as well. No stock.
but the staff was nice enough to call me up and tell me bangsar got stock.
So i rush down there and quickly purchase it.
the staff in bangsar mentioned that their store not many people visit.

This is really funny : buying a expensive spigen ultra thin case and worried phone will be scratched !! And even proposing using a scotch tape to protect the edges first before putting on the case !!!
Anyway back casing ( esp the HTC doubledip case) with potential to scratch this phone is commonly reported by many users at this hardwarezone forum
I will post my reply to them when I received my Spigen - I have order it from ebay yesterday for US$21
