Finally got my unit back! This time check until puas puas baru I go... so far so good. Only thing is the zero-gap isn't.... zero-gap on the top speaker and bottom speaker. Very small gaps there like what some other forumer have complained. I did ask them at the service center if this gap is not suppose to be there, but they said, the phone design is like that so they didn't entertain exchange for those gap below 0.2mm..

I also lazy to argue further with them on that, plus I couldn't manage to nudge those pieces off so I guess consider acceptable.

I did also ask what is this stock situation and they replied me it's still very tight and in fact they still don't have any more stock for the exchange sweat.gif. I only get because I did it earlier, so it seems there IS a queue for the new units to be exchanged.

On the bright side, I did research on my unit and I can at least confirm they seem to be really out of stock and making new units as fast as they can do it. Why? Checking the serial number info (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2209277) shows my new unit is made on May 18th in Taiwan. Which is 3 days after I sent my phone in to exchange on May 15th. So for those in the waiting list for exchange....so better hope HTC ramp up or at least keep the current production level.

As it is, I suppose they really make your new unit as it comes in for exchange in 3 working days and then one more week for the ship to arrive from Taiwan brows.gif.. at least your unit will be a fresh new one rclxm9.gif

Managed to also test Maxis LTE 4G at Pusat Bandar Damansara on the HTC One:

Not as crazy as the 60mbps someone reported in Sunway, but 15mbps is quite respectable from inside office building.

kurogane THe zero-gap construction does not cover the top of the body and the speaker grills as those are glued on. The chassis itsel;f is where the zero-gap happens. Look at HTC's HTC One Design video smile.gif

Too tired now, will see to it later. Just making sure the phone everything okay, quite tiring. So not used to Sense UI.

And it is so f***ing stupid at points...

>take screenshot
>no share options
>open gallery
>can't find screenshot folder
>look everywhere
>no file explorer app
>forced to install ES File explorer to find my screenshots and actually share it online.

... what the hell, HTC?

Hm that's weird then. I couldn't find any of my screenshots at all in the default gallery. But I wonder why also when you take screenshot and open from notification, you have zero sharing options available.... doh.gif

I did use the HTC Transfer tool from my HoX so maybe that's why I have the screenshot folder. Not sure if stock no transfer will create the folder or not, but should have ar. Don't see anyone on XDA mention this also o.O

Wonder when we will receive update to 4.2
*
Logically speaking, if the HTC One Google Edition is true and coming soon, we can almost forget about 4.2 on our HTC One, as 4.2 will be the key selling point of the Google Edition. sweat.gif

Or HTC will take their own very sweet time to purposely delay the release of 4.2 on our phones. ohmy.gif
